A Message to Our Patrons

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, the majority of shows and events at Dominion Energy Center have been postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.

We realize that our patrons and guests have a variety of questions regarding their ticket purchases. At this time we are asking that all patrons hold on to their tickets as we work with our promoters and live entertainment partners regarding the rescheduling of events, as well as their exchange and refund policies.

Please understand that these are extraordinary times. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this unfortunate situation. We will continue to provide updates and details on our website, as well as through social media, as they become available.

Finally, the health and safety of patrons, guests, performers, artist and employees is our highest priority.  We continue to monitor guidance from the CDC, WHO, and our corporate office, and remain in close contact with our local public health officials.
