Box Office Information

Dominion Energy Center is fully accessible to patrons with physical disabilities. The Richmond Performing Arts Alliance is dedicated to providing a comfortable and enjoyable theater experience for persons with special needs:

• Wheelchair accessible seating is available throughout all seating levels allowing for a choice in view and ticket prices. Tickets can be purchased via phone or in person at the Box Office.
• Devices for the hearing impaired are available at the Carpenter Theatre Concierge desk.
• Signed-interpreted and audio described services are offered for many productions. This service must be requested at least 2 weeks prior to the show date.

• Kulture City sensory bags containing special KCVIP badges, fidget toys, noise canceling headphones and other resources, are available for checkout (at no cost by leaving an ID) at our Concierge desk located in the Dominion Energy Center Box Office Lobby.

If an event at Dominion Energy Center has been canceled, please take the tickets to the place of purchase for a full refund. Tickets charged with a credit card by phone or internets are automatically credited to the purchaser's account.

As of July 1, 2022, all transactions at Altria Theater and Dominion Energy Center will be cashless. All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Gift Cards. Service charges apply to all orders.

Interested organizations must provide a letter on official letterhead to the Sales & Marketing Department with a specific show request. Donation requests should be forwarded to the Sales & Marketing Department at PO Box 1667, Richmond, VA 23218. Not all requests can be filled; however, group discounts are available in certain cases.

Children up to 24 months of age who do not occupy a seat may enter the building without a ticket for most events. PLEASE NOTE: Some events will require all attendees regardless of age to present a ticket for entry, or have a different minimum age requirement. Please check the event’s ticket policies at the time of purchase.

All ticket purchases are final, no refunds or exchanges except in the case of an event cancellation.

Tickets for entry to Dominion Energy Center are a revocable license and entry may be refused due to inappropriate attire, disorderly conduct, intoxication, etc. Guests who fail to abide by policies, state or federal laws are subject to ejection and arrest.

All ticket purchases at Dominion Energy Center are final, no refunds or exchanges are given, except in the case of an event cancellation.

The Dominion Energy Center Box Office – by phone or online at DominionEnergyCenter.com – and Etix - by phone or online at Etix.com - are the only official retail ticketing sources for Dominion Energy Center.

Patrons are urged to purchase tickets directly through the venue or Etix.com. There are many reasons to avoid third-party ticket sellers, including: 

• We are unable to provide any customer service for your tickets
• We cannot guarantee your tickets are genuine
• You will likely pay more than face value
• We cannot replace lost or stolen tickets
• We cannot contact you with information regarding show cancellations, time changes, traffic updates, or other useful pieces of information
• You are supporting businesses that make it more difficult for true fans to see artists without paying an added premium

Additionally, Dominion Energy Center reserves the right to revoke tickets sold by a broker or unauthorized third party. Revoked tickets are not valid for admission and are non-refundable

Print at home and mobile delivery tickets are sent with delayed delivery, available 7 days prior to the performance date. These tickets will be sent to the email attached to your order. 

Will Call tickets may be picked up at the venue Box Office, available 2 hours prior to the advertised showtime. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of pick up.

Will Call tickets may be picked up anytime in advance of the performance at the Box Office during regular business hours. The exeption is if the order was placed through Groupon, in which case tickets are only available two hours before the performance. Purchaser must present a picture ID when picking up tickets. Will Call tickets purchased online or by phone through etix may also be picked up at Altria Theater.
